As a member of the Macpage team, you are welcomed with an orientation that provides a general overview of policies, procedures and benefits. You will receive technical training. In addition, you may also attend an informal introductory session hosted by staff members, who can answer questions about office culture that you might find easier to ask a peer.
An assigned career advisor meets regularly with you to discuss related topics including Firm practices and client service. For your first two years, you also have a mentor who can answer your day-to-day questions.
Client contact comes early, which makes initial assignments both exciting and challenging. We support hands-on experience through formal training in a variety of client situations that increase your learning potential and provide exposure to a broad scope of public accounting, consulting and information assurance services.
We have a comprehensive, ongoing CPE program for Macpage professionals, and we encourage interactive computer self-study to promote personal development.
