Thomas R. Flood , CPA, MST, CFP

Tom received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Westbrook College in 1985 and his Masters of Science in Taxation from Bentley College in 1992. Tom entered public accounting in 1985 and received his CPA certificate in 1987. He earned his Certified Financial Planner and Personal Financial Specialist designations in 1996.
His tax experience includes a broad range of issues relating to individual, partnership, nonprofit, and corporate taxation. Tom's areas of practice have focused on employee benefits, personal financial planning, and bank taxation issues. He serves as the ranking tax director within the Firm's ERISA industry specialization group.
Tom also speaks frequently at business seminars and meetings on various taxation issues, particularly employee benefit subjects.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maine Employee Benefits Council.
