Mark W. Ayers, CPA
Mark has extensive experience serving financial institutions and automotive dealerships. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maine at Orono in 1981 with a Degree in Business Administration, and received his CPA certificate in 1983.
Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a charter member and director on the Board of CADCA, a group of twenty CPA firms serving automobile dealers throughout the country. Mark coordinates the Firm's Controllers Roundtable events, and also is an instructor for the Certified Automotive Financial Manager program, a national program for automotive financial professionals.
Mark is also a regular speaker at regional seminars on topics pertaining to credit unions, including supervisory training, the Bank Secrecy Act, allowances for loan losses, and internal control improvements.
In addition, Mark serves on the Board of Directors for Deering Pavillion and the Wayside Soup Kitchen.
