John M. Parks, JD, LLM
Educated at Yale University and Duke University Law School, John also obtained a Master of Law Degree in Taxation from the Boston University School of Law. He is also a member of the Maine State Bar Association. John is a frequent speaker at business seminars and meetings on various tax related issues.
His tax experience includes estate and financial planning, structuring entity sales and acquisitions, and the taxation of individuals, for profit and not-for-profit entities. He also devotes significant time to business valuation issues.
